A gorgeous, new three bedroom villa, only 100 metres from the sandy beach, shops and restaurants of the relaxed seaside village of St. Georges South. The villa is set in its own flower filled garden, with gated entrance and parking. With a light contemporary design, it is comfortably furnished as a home from home in the sun for all the family. Nearby are two swimming pools (with kid's pools) on small complexes, where our guests are most welcome. No need to hire a car, except for having a look around the island, as everything you need is within a short walk.

LOCATION
The villa is located very close to the beach of St George's South (Agios Giorgios), which has for many years been a popular seaside location for relaxing family holidays. Stretching along the edge of a 4km sandy Blue Flag beach, with a good selection of shops, restaurants, and bars, it is the ideal holiday spot. A wide selection of holiday facilities are available, including water sports, boat hire and fishing in the small harbour, plus a small children's playground.
